A homage to his home-state, and perhaps a mantra, Steady Habits is the musical project fronted by Connecticut-Native, Sean Duggan. Cutting his teeth on tours across Europe and the U.S., Sean was part of the Folk/Americana duo Loud Mountains, a Clubhouse Records favourite.
Re-connecting with his flair for alt-country sounds and melodic pop-hooks, ‘Hold In Your Breath,’ the debut EP, was released in early 2020. A rumbling confessional blasting out onto an open landscape, the EP is contemplative, exploring relationships & coming to grips with the past. Steady Habits has moved from strength to strength securing bookings with AMAUK and readying material for release in 2022.
