DESCRIPTION:Factory Lights are one of Oxford’s most versatile bands. The band\, which released its debut EP in 2015 has just produced its first full-length album\, “Keeping the Lights on”. Drawing on a fusion of musical genres with hints of Pink Martini\, The Jam\, Bruce Springsteen and Pink Floyd\, the new album is a confident mix of highly danceable energetic songs (Johnny Marr\, Virtual Party Tonight\, All about You) and more reflective and occasionally plaintiff ballads which explore the human condition in all of its manifestations.

Having written with artists such as Calum MacColl\, Colin Vearncombe (Black ‘Wonderful Life’); worked with producers who have recorded legends such as Paul Weller and The Rolling Stones; Rod\, recently relocated to Oxfordshire\, has swapped his electric guitar for an acoustic to bring to life a whole new body of solo songs.\n \nPATIÑO is a singer-songwriter from Costa Rica currently based in the UK. He is signed as a composer by Sony Music Publishing and Anonymous Publishing. His songs revolve around Latin Roots Music\, mixing tropical genres like Bolero and Cumbia with Alternative Pop sounds. His lyrics tell stories of Latin American culture and are heavily influenced by magical realism.\n \nMODUS VIVENDI bringing a Brazilian and Italian fusion of jazz-infused standards and classics.\n \nJoin us for a truly international evening of very classy music\, and as ever\, it’s all free!
